Fair Winds and Following Seas to our newly commissioned Ensigns and Second Lieutenants!
On December 16th, the University of Wisconsin-Madison NROTC commissioned two Ensigns into the United States Navy and three Second Lieutenants into the United States Marine Corps. Congratulations again to our shipmates as they begin the next chapter of their Naval and Marine Corps careers.
