On Saturday, May 13th, four University of Wisconsin – Madison NROTC members were commissioned into the United States Navy and Marine Corps during a Joint Commissioning Ceremony. Following an insightful speech, Brigadier General Covington commissioned three Ensigns, one Marine Corps Second Lieutenant, and other Second Lieutenants in the Army, National Guard, Air Force, and Space Force.
