During naval leadership lab this October 25th, Battalion Commanding Officer Midshipman 1/C Bondi awarded the BNCO Award to Staff Sergeant Ratajczyk. Staff Sergeant Ratajczyk is the current president of the semper fi society at the University of Wisconsin – Madison NROTC, which prepares marine option Midshipmen for OCS and the Marine Corps. He has restructured the schedule to allow MESEPs, enlisted marines going through a college and commissioning program, to provide more input into the training of our Marine option Midshipmen.
