In honor and remembrance of those who lost and those who gave their lives on 9/11/2001, Midshipman and Cadets of the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Navy, Army, and Air-force ROTC joined with the UW-Madison Student Veterans of America organization to plant flags on Bascom Hill.
