On December 18th, the US Naval ROTC Battalion at UW – Madison commissioned three new junior officers in the United States Navy. ENS Elwing, ENS Hernandez, and ENS Zimbauer will all be joining the submarine force and reporting to the Nuclear Power Training Command this spring. Their years of hard work has finally paid off and they’re going to be great leaders as they start their careers!
