Initial Medical Qualification
Scholarship Students: Even though a scholarship has been awarded, the scholarship cannot be activated until the student has completed a DODMERB Physical and has been deemed “Physically Qualified.” It is the applicant’s responsibility to schedule and complete the physical process. This process, at times, can be lengthy and a major hurdle for some applicants. Candidates found disqualified will not be allowed to receive any benefits. If you received a letter stating that you are disqualified, please contact our NROTC Unit between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM for further assistance.

College Program Students: Before a student may join the unit as a College Program student, they must first obtain a sports physical from their own medical provider. The appropriate form can be obtained from us here at the NROTC Unit.
